We have our President elect and 2 Director vacancies coming up for election. These are 2 year terms. If you are interested in running for election stop by the CPAR office for an application. Please fill out this application and email or drop it back off to the CPAR office.
We are now keeping up with lock box assignments weekly. This is an ongoing process and will be checked each week. Any realtors with lock boxes that have been unassigned for 10+ days will be sent a letter asking for action. A $89 bill will be generated on Friday, if there is no response. Lock Boxes can be returned to the CPAR office in Clovis or Kiva Realty in Portales.

If you have not gone through new member orientation with us since joining CPAR, please join us on Thursday May 30th. Orientation will be held at the CPAR office at 5PM and should take approximately 30 minutes. This is a NAR requirement.
