Why this is important!!
Before the end of September the Clovis/Portales Association of REALTORS will be faced with the decision to stay with our current Sentrilock lockbox system with a bluetooth upgraded box, which are owned by NAR, or switch to the Supra Lockbox system which is owned by GE. Change is rarely received well and the Board of Directors must consider many, many issues with this decision. Some of our members may like to stay with the lease system and some may prefer to have each broker purchase their own lockboxes from the chosen company. We are asking the entire membership to participate in this short survey to give feedback on their preferences. Thank you for participating.

April 1 & 2 members of the Clovis/Portales Association of REALTORS got together for 2 informative classes in Property Management: Uniform Owner-Relations Act and Property Management and the 3 way reconciliation with Carolyn Hallett.
Inductees: Janie White, Anna Soto, Katy Scroggins, Beatrice Montanez, Bree Burger, with member committee chair: Melody Sandburg, Betty Bolin.

As part of the CPAR public relations committee we have found a way to give back to the community through the United Way of Eastern New Mexico.
Our task: Bring clean, flat and reusable plastic bags next time you come to the CPAR office or during the quarterly meeting March 27th at K-Bobs.
