Hello everyone! Our 2024 dues have been posted, and can be paid at https://www.nar.realtor/

Please note the Profeshional standards must be paid (It may say optional) However, since we do not have 300 members NAR requires our Association to be supported by a sponsor (Learn more)

Ethics – The system will not allow you to pay if your ethics is not in compliance. Please submit your certificate to cpar.realtors@gmail.com

Rrmunder: Your E&O Insurance is due before the end of the year. If it’s late it will not remain consistent and cancel all prior policy dates.

We are excited to invite you to an exclusive webinar hosted by Primary Residential Mortgage that will share valuable insights about the NAR lawsuit concerning buyer broker commissions.  Former Mortgage Banker Association President David Stevens will be the speaker, as he has been called as an expert witness in the case.  There will be a lot of valuable information, and we encourage all of you to attend.  We will be hosting the webinar at the Chamber of Commerce meeting room on the 2nd floor of the Chamber building on November 2nd at 11am.  Due to limited seating, only the first 50 RSVP’s will get a seat.  The webinar will begin promptly at 11am, so please arrive a few minutes early.  To RSVP, please email chris_wood@primeres.com  as soon as possible.  We look forward to seeing you there!
