CPAR Office Closure

The CPAR office will be closed on Wednesday Feb. 29th due to NMAR convention.  Since we will be out of pocket, if you have an issue with lock boxes please call Sentrilock or Gaye Cooke for assistance.

Wednesday Tour

We are going to change Wednesday morning tour for the month of February.  Our new start time will be at 830am.  We are hoping to make the time easier on our working parents to get kids to school and still join us for updates and home tours.  Please make sure to join us and let us know if you like the new time!

Who wants to win their 2021 CPAR (local only) dues?  We are implementing a new point system starting in February.   One (1) point per page/event unless designated by the current CPAR President, Host is responsible for getting signatures and turning this sheet into the CPAR office or email. NO signature, NO sheet = NO points. CPAR Officers, Directors or Staff are not eligible.  Some examples, but ot limited to, are visiting houses on tour Wednesday morning, bringing in requested donation items during donation drives (1 point per drive), attending CPAR meetings, and special events our President may announce.
