As you know the last few weeks have been very trying to say the least. We are in unchartered territory and trying to make decisions that assures the safety and health of our members and public have been our utmost concern.
Melinda informed this morning that her son stayed with a friend out on base and he is now under a 14 day quarantine. Because of this, I have asked her to work from home for the next two weeks. Also, please don’t hesitate to call Melinda, CPAR number is forwarded to her cell phone, as she’s working from home or myself 693-6745 if you need anything. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We are all in this together and we will get through this together. To be on the safest side we are also having the office cleaned and sanitized during this time.
I still believe it is a great time to buy a house! Interest rates are at historic lows and real estate is still a very sound investment. Plus, during times like this, our homes are our security. We can be the leaders that our buyers, sellers, and the entire community needs right now. Let’s be there for each other by keeping a positive attitude, praying, and lifting each other up!
