Say hello to our AE – Donna

NEW OFFICE HOURS 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday – Wednesday – Friday

Donna Cardana

Hi, my name is Donna Cardana, and I am your new AE for the Clovis/Portales Board of Realtors. I am so happy and excited to learn all I can to facilitate your membership in this incredible organization.

I am an Army Brat, and have lived all over the country, but most recently I lived in Arizona. While there I was an HOA manager and managed up to 8 associations at a time. I took great pride in my work with my communities and loved being able to help my boards make informed decisions, and act in a fudiciary manner. I have approximately 30 years in the Property Management field, and have learned a lot about what goes in to building relationships with community minded individuals.

I am certified as an NALP Professional, and have my designation in California as a CMCA, and in Arizona as a CAAM. I am excited to learn more about the role of an AE, and I am enjoying the training I have received thus far. This job involves a lot, and I am up for the challenge!

I am an animal lover, and cannot wait to get some goats and chickens! I have 2 incredible kids who have taught me so much what real love is! You might catch me at a Karaoke night, or see me out and about loving on others because it is a joy to do so!

I can’t wait to meet you all and would love it if you stopped by the office for a quick hello!

Thank you,

Donna

Off the agenda – Curry County

UPDATE: 6/23 Just got word that it was not added to the agenda after all!! Great job everyone!!

It has been brought to our attention that their will be an item on the agenda to transition to a 4 day work week for county employees.

This change can have a heavy impact on our community members, including services members transfering to clovis from CAFB.

If Thursday is deteterminied to be the last day of the week, even if the hours are expanded. The County Clerks office beiing closed could cause delays and impact closings, fundiing and possesion of properties from Friday – Monday.

Please reach out to your County Commissioners to voice your opinions beore Monday of next week!
