NEW OFFICE HOURS 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday – Wednesday – Friday

Hi, my name is Donna Cardana, and I am your new AE for the Clovis/Portales Board of Realtors. I am so happy and excited to learn all I can to facilitate your membership in this incredible organization.
I am an Army Brat, and have lived all over the country, but most recently I lived in Arizona. While there I was an HOA manager and managed up to 8 associations at a time. I took great pride in my work with my communities and loved being able to help my boards make informed decisions, and act in a fudiciary manner. I have approximately 30 years in the Property Management field, and have learned a lot about what goes in to building relationships with community minded individuals.
I am certified as an NALP Professional, and have my designation in California as a CMCA, and in Arizona as a CAAM. I am excited to learn more about the role of an AE, and I am enjoying the training I have received thus far. This job involves a lot, and I am up for the challenge!
I am an animal lover, and cannot wait to get some goats and chickens! I have 2 incredible kids who have taught me so much what real love is! You might catch me at a Karaoke night, or see me out and about loving on others because it is a joy to do so!
I can’t wait to meet you all and would love it if you stopped by the office for a quick hello!
Thank you,
Donna

This section will be available on all ballots. City Mayor Mike Morris visited with us during our Quarterly meeting about the LEDA funds. CLOVIS, N.M. (KAMR/KCIT) – Announced today, on Thursday Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham signed Senate Bill 49, an amendment to the Local Economic Development Act (LEDA) that “will allow
municipalities to utilize LEDA funds to incentivize retail. Mayor Michael Morris spearheaded this effort during New Mexico’s recent legislative session, and the bill was carried in the legislature by Senator Pat Woods (R), Senator Ron Griggs (R), Senator Liz Stephanics (D), Representative Kelly Fajardo (R) and Representative Randy Crowder (R).”
“Senate Bill 49 is vital to our area to support local retail in Clovis and prevent buyer leakage into
Texas,” remarked Mayor Morris. “I would like to thank Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham and
our local delegation, including Senator Woods and Representative Crowder, for their support in
this effort. By incentivizing new retail and the expansion of existing retail under LEDA, we will
be able to expand Clovis’ economy and encourage the community to shop Clovis first.”

We are now keeping up with lock box assignments weekly. This is an ongoing process and will be checked each week. Any realtors with lock boxes that have been unassigned for 10+ days will be sent a letter asking for action. A $89 bill will be generated on Friday, if there is no response. Lock Boxes can be returned to the CPAR office in Clovis or Kiva Realty in Portales.
