Just a reminder that even though these members are running unopposed, we still need everyone’s vote! The election will be held August 29th with two voting locations. Kiva Realty in Portales and the Board Office in Clovis. The ballots are available on our website and here in the board office if anyone needs the Proxy ballot or Absentee ballot.

Open Positions: 3 Director’s positions (2 year term) and the President-Elect (1 year term as president-Elect + 1 year as Association President + 1 year as past president aficionado).
** July 31 deadline for applicants **
Director qualifications – have served on a committee, have the desire to be a director, chaired one committee and be in good standing with CPAR.
President elect – have been a committee chair and have served on the board of directors for a full 2 year term and be in good standing with CPAR.
